Here are more paintings in the Family Series, probably the last ones. From the top they are "My Brother's Namesake (David Fisher)", "Embracing all Sides (Caroline Fisher)", and "Pater Familias (Gottlieb Fisher)". They explore a multi-media way to use 19th c. photos of real ancestors, mine even, but that isn't necessarily important. They are each about 28"x22", acrylic on canvas with real photos, copies of photos, ink, and old lace applied to the surface. Pieces of canvas have been machine sewn to create the full size of the paintings.
